Bring your own team
Plan to arrange your own caterer, coordinator, rentals, décor, and other event services. Tables, chairs, tents, linens and event services are not provided by the lodge.
Contract and approval
Event dates, attendance, vendors, use of spaces, pricing, and other requirements must be reviewed and approved. An Airbnb stay does not include event permission.

We will review your plans, availability, property requirements and event pricing, and provide the exclusive event agreement for your review.
03. Sign your event agreement
Your event is confirmed only after the required agreement is signed and the host confirms the arrangements. Do not book an overnight stay on Airbnb as a substitute for event approval.

Can I reserve my wedding or event on Airbnb?
No. Airbnb is for overnight stays only. Weddings, celebrations, organized retreats and other events require advance approval and a separate signed event contract. Do not book an overnight stay as a substitute for event approval.
How do I request event dates and pricing?
Send an inquiry with your preferred dates, event type, and estimated attendance. The host will review availability, pricing, and requirements before providing the event agreement.
Are tables, chairs, tents, catering or décor included?
No. Tables, chairs, tents, linens, décor, catering and other event services are not supplied by the lodge. You may propose outside vendors as part of your inquiry; vendor arrangements are subject to approval.
Can guests stay overnight at the lodge?
The lodge offers eight bedrooms and suites. Overnight arrangements associated with an event must be discussed with the host and addressed in the event agreement.
Are there guest limits or event rules?
Guest counts, vendors, permitted spaces and property-use requirements are reviewed individually and confirmed in the event agreement. Please share your plans before committing to vendors or inviting guests.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve my date?
No. An inquiry is not a booking. Your event is confirmed only after the required agreement is signed and the host confirms the arrangements.
