Shared commons area with full kitchen and half bath on main living area. Large bar down stairs with 3 TV's surrounding the bar area. Pool table and 55" inch TV around setting area. House overlooks 80 acre lake, Skeet shooting, Fishing, Deer and Turkey Hunting available.

Weddings	Daily Rate

	$2,995.00 8 hours no overnight ($200 each additional hour)

	$3,995.00 one full day and overnight

	$5,495.00 two full days and overnights

NOTE: Weddings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Balance must be paid in full 30 days before wedding date. All prices are subject to a 10% Sales Tax.
